Corfo apoya a empresas agrícolas y de turismo para mejorar su competitividad a través de las certificaciones

• Se encuentran abiertas las postulaciones al Programa de Fomento a la Calidad (Focal) para empresas de la Región Metropolitana, con el fin de acompañarlas en la implementación y certificación de normas técnicas.

En el marco del trabajo que realiza Corfo para impulsar la economía del país, la Dirección Metropolitana de la Corporación llama a empresas del turismo y de agricultura de la Región a postular al Programa de Fomento a la Calidad (Focal), que tiene como fin apoyar a las empresas en la implementación y certificación de normas técnicas que les permitirán mejorar su competitividad y acceder a mercados más exigentes.
A través de esta iniciativa, las empresas pueden recibir apoyo de cofinanciamiento para cubrir los costos de consultoría y/o asistencia técnica para certificar o re-certificar normas de gestión, de productos o protocolos. Este acompañamiento comprende tanto la obtención de los certificados, como el proceso de implementación necesario para ello.
La Directora Regional Metropolitana de Corfo, Claudia Labbé, explicó que este llamado está destinado a empresas de turismo dedicadas a entregar diversos servicios, y a empresas agrícolas que quieran certificar sus actividades en áreas como la producción orgánica y la sustentabilidad.
“Con este programa, Corfo busca apoyar a las empresas de la Región Metropolitana para mejorar su posición de competitividad en el mercado, a través de la certificación del cumplimiento de normas de calidad y sustentabilidad, lo que les entrega herramientas para responder a los requerimientos de mercados y clientes cada vez más exigentes”, explicó Claudia Labbé. Asimismo, destacó el trabajo conjunto que se realiza con la Dirección Regional Metropolitana de Sernatur para la implementación de este programa en el tema de turismo.

Requisitos de postulación:
Pueden acceder a esta iniciativa las empresas con ventas que no excedan la UF 100.000, y que desarrollen actividades económicas clasificadas en los rubros agricultura y/o ganadería, y del sector de turismo. Respecto a estas últimas, deben ser parte del Registro Nacional de Prestadores de Servicios Turísticos de Sernatur.
Las postulaciones se pueden hacer de forma individual (con un porcentaje máximo de cofinanciamiento de 70%) o colectiva (hasta 75% de cofinanciamiento). Se contempla un aporte de hasta $3.500.000 para la implementación de cada documento normativo y de hasta $1.000.000 para la certificación de cada documento normativo.
